From Rescued Food to Meals for the Hungry

Last year, the Metro Food Rescue was able to save over 600,000 pounds of food directed to landfill and redistribute it to community organizations in need.  The tikkun olam team is partnering with the Food Rescue to prepare meals with rescued food.
 
If you would like to cook and package meals, register below.  Eight volunteers are needed.  Contact Debra Darvick at debradarvick@gmail.com with questions.
