Getting Physical for the New Year

Start the New Year with movement and exercise. Two levels of online class are available - one for those wanting a lighter workout and one for those desiring a more intense experience. 
 
To join the lighter workout, click here.  Shelley Rubinstein of SRFitness will lead a low impact/intensity class perfect for those with limited mobility, seniors, or fitness beginners.
 
To join the more intense workout, click here.  Erica Gold-Spink will lead a PIYO class to help you develop strength, flexibility, and endurance.
