Food Preservation 101

In this hands-on workshop, educators from the Farber Farm at Camp Tamarack will introduce us to home preservation methods like pickling, fermentation, and dehydration. Free and open to all but advance registration by March 8 is required. Contact Faye Wolf at fayeawolf@gmail.com with questions.
