Did you know, approximately 80 billion pounds of food is wasted in the United States every year.  Home preservation is an easy and fun way to reduce waste and save money.


In this hands-on workshop, educators from the Farber Farm at Camp Tamarack will introduce us to home preservation methods like pickling, fermentation, and dehydration.  Free and open to all but advance registration by March 8 is required.  Contact Faye Wolf at with questions.
